Jessica Paul-Campagnari brings over a decade of experience across institutional distribution, capital markets and alternative investments, combined with board-level exposure to investment oversight and transaction processes. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a CAS in Real Estate Management.
She previously served as Relationship Manager at BlackRock Switzerland, where she covered institutional clients across public and alternative asset classes, executed distribution strategies and generated net new assets through direct client coverage, investment solution positioning and investor engagement initiatives. This experience built a strong foundation in fundraising support, investor communication and translating complex investment strategies into clear, compelling value propositions. Prior to this, she covered financial institutions at Zürcher Kantonalbank, originating and structuring capital markets, financing and asset management solutions while managing senior stakeholder relationships across multiple product areas.
Earlier roles at Credit Suisse, Glencore and in advisory (including M&A and family office-related mandates) provided her with a strong understanding of transaction execution, international investor structures and complex financing and investment processes.
Alongside her institutional background, she has gained exposure to investment governance, asset management oversight and transaction processes through board mandates in real estate and investment companies, complementing her ability to engage credibly with institutional investors, private investors and family offices in a private markets environment.
Antongiulio Ambrosio supports the Spanish investment team to execute transactions as well as with research and analysis tasks.
Prior to joining Ufenau Capital Partners, he gained transaction and financial experience through internships at the investment firm Liechtenstein Group in Vienna and the investment banking boutique MFZ Partners in Milan.
Antongiulio holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting, financial management, and control, both from Bocconi University. In addition to his studies in Milan (Italy), he completed part of his program abroad at the University of Toronto (Canada).

Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Chi gained private equity experience as a Senior Associate at Exponent Private Equity, where she was involved in several business services investments across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. Prior to this, Chi started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on advising private equity & principal investors across the deal cycle.

Björn Lauschke is Head of Debt Advisory at Ufenau Capital Partners.
Björn has more than 20 years experience in private equity and financing. Prior to joining Ufenau, he worked as Head of Debt Advisory at Capvis, a Swiss based private equity company, for twelve years. Before that, he worked as debt advisor at Close Brothers and in the leveraged finance department of The Royal Bank of Scotland and WestLB.

Prior to that, she gained private equity experience at Rede Partners, supporting several European private equity managers in their fundraising efforts. Sharon began her career in 2019 as a Management Consultant.

William Clegg has over 13 years of experience in private equity.
Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, William Clegg gained private equity experience at Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory Group in London and New York, where he worked with multiple European and North American LMM/MM private equity firms. Following this, in 2017, William co-founded the Moelis & Co. EMEA Private Capital Advisory Group, where he was responsible for the coverage of institutional LPs through the U.K., Europe and the Middle East. Before joining Ufenau, William set-up an independent boutique placement agent, Colmar Capital, specialised in primary capital raising and secondary advisory transactions on a global basis.

Peter Eckersley supports the portfolio companies operationally as well as the Investment Team in the execution of transactions.
Prior to joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Peter gained private equity experience as an Investment Director at Sovereign Capital Partners, where he was involved in several Buy & Build focused investments in the UK. Previously, he was a Vice President at Fenchurch Advisory Partners where he worked on both corporate and private equity M&A transactions in the financial services sector. He started his career at KPMG where he qualified as an accountant, successfully completing the CIMA program.

Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Michal Grodzicki gained private equity experience as an Investment Director at Resource Partners in Warsaw, where he was involved in several leveraged buyout (LBO) and growth transactions throughout Poland and the Baltic States. Previously, he worked as an Analyst in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) team of Darby Overseas Investment, a private equity and mezzanine arm of Franklin Templeton. He began his career in the Transaction Advisory Services Department at EY.

Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Kerstin Knueppel gained more than a decade of experience in the international luxury hotel industry and most recently worked at the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (PwC) as a partner and team assistant in the M&A department.

Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Daniela Moser worked for several years as a Back Office Manager and Marketing Assistant.
Prior to joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Daniela Moser worked as a back office and marketing assistant for a project management service provider in the financial industry and a company in the cosmetics industry. Prior to that, she gained experience as a Marketing Coordinator for a manufacturer of high quality plant extracts for the cosmetics industry. She was also Product Manager at a manufacturer of injection systems for diabetics.
Daniela Moser completed her training as a Commercial Employee EFZ and has completed further training as a Marketing Planner with a federal diploma and CAS Digital Marketing Specialist.
Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Lila worked as an executive assistant at the Greek Ministry of Development. In Madrid, Lila worked as an executive assistant for the Greek Embassy´s Public Relations Team, in accordance with the Spanish royal protocol. She was also in charge of promotion to increase the country’s tourism.
Lila also worked for Iris Media, a Marketing Agency and then for IOT, a multinational technological company as an executive assistant of a group dedicated to launch an American project in Spain and Europe. Her last job was with Garcia Saavedra Abogados, a Spanish law firm, specialized in merchant law.

Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Pascal Kochem gained experience in private equity at Auctus Capital Partners in Munich and as Head of Business Development and M&A at Kanalservice Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau. Since the beginning of his career in transaction consulting at KPMG in Zurich, he has focused on building up medium-sized groups of companies and succession solutions.

Lukas Compagnoni holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Banking and Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences.
Christina Mankus has been working closely with Ufenau Capital Partners and our portfolio companies since 2015.
She is an independent management consultant since 2013 and advises, supports and empowers business owners, executives, management teams and entire organisations in and towards individually defined objectives.
Previously, Christina held various national and international management positions including SVP Global Business Development in Zurich at Adecco SA, Business Unit Manager IT at DIS AG, Branch Manager, Sales and Production Manager for leather wear in Turkey and India.
Maximilian Huber supports the Investment Team in the execution of transactions and in the portfolio companies operationally.
Prior to joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Maximilian gained transaction experience through previous internships at the investment houses Aurelius and GIMV. Furthermore, he is familiar with commercial topics and strategic corporate management through practical experience at The Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte.
Maximilian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master of Finance & IT from the Technical University of Munich. During his studies he gained international experience at the University of California Irvine (USA) and at Curtin University (Australia).
Tobias Welzel supports the portfolio companies operationally as well as the Investment Team in the execution of transactions.
Prior to Ufenau Capital Partners, Tobias Welzel gained relevant transaction experience through previous internships at Deloitte (Transaction Advisory Services), CapitalMind (M&A) and ZF Group (Post-Merger Integration ZF/ TRW Automotive).
Additionally, through the foundation of a FinTech Start-up and a non-profit consultancy during his studies, Tobias got insights into financing, marketing & sales and process optimization activities.
Tobias Welzel holds a Bachelor degree in business administration from Konstanz and a Master in Finance from the Grenoble Ecole de Management.
Ignacio Goded supports the investment team to execute transactions as well as with research and analysis tasks.
Prior to Ufenau Capital Partners, Ignacio Goded completed a Restructuring Services Internship at KPMG and a 2-year Transactions Rotational Program at Ernst & Young. Additionally, through the foundation of an E-Commerce Start-up, Ignacio got insights into financing, marketing & sales and process optimization activities.
Ignacio Goded holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School. Besides his studies in Barcelona (Spain), he studied abroad at Georgetown University in Washington DC (USA).
He supports the portfolio companies operationally as well as the Investment Team in the execution of transactions.
Prior to Ufenau Capital Partners, Nathanael Meier gained experience in project management, accounting as well as financing.
Nathanael Meier earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and his Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Bern.
Richard Lustig is a Partner at Ufenau Capital Partners, bringing over 15 years of industry and private equity experience. He has been with Ufenau since 2018.
Before joining Ufenau, Richard Lustig worked in the healthcare portfolio of a renowned private equity firm in the D/A/CH region. From 2007 to 2016, he held roles in strategy, IT, audit, and corporate finance at the chemical and pharmaceutical conglomerate Bayer.
Richard Lustig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science for Business from FHDW (Germany), a Master’s degree with distinction from Hult International Business School (USA), and a Master’s in Finance from London Business School (UK).
Joaquín Alcalde is a partner at Ufenau Capital Partners and heads the Ufenau office in Madrid. He has over 17 years of experience in strategy consulting and private equity.
Before joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Joaquín Alcalde gained private equity experience as an Investment Director at the buyout house H.I.G. Capital in Madrid, where he led several LBO and growth transactions throughout Spain. Previously, he was a Consulting Manager at McKinsey&Co, where he advised international companies on strategic and operational matters. Between 2008 and 2012, he worked as an Associate with an US fund and with Abengoa, an international engineering and services company. Joaquín is also an Adjunct Professor at IE University, holding seminars in the field of Finance and Private Equity.
He holds a double degree in engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Spain, and from Ecole Central Paris in France. He also coursed with honours and distinction an MBA at Columbia Business School sponsored by the Rafael del Pino Foundation.
Adrian Hess is a partner at Ufenau Capital Partners. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in private equity and is since 2012 with Ufenau.
Prior to Ufenau Capital Partners, Adrian Hess worked at the Fribourg Cantonal Bank in various positions in the area of personal and business loans, gaining important experience in connection with financing SMEs.
Adrian Hess holds a dual-language Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Fribourg School of Economics and completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich.
He has over 30 years of operational experience in the healthcare sector and was the global CEO of the listed HARTMANN Group for 6 years before joining Ufenau Capital Partners. He combines practical management experience in industry, also in foreign cultures, with sound financial knowledge.
Paul Hartmann AG is a leading international provider of nursing and medical products with sales of EUR 2.5bn and 11’000 employees at more than 70 locations.
Prior Paul Hartmann, Andreas lead the Surgical Division at the Swedish Mölnlycke Health Care Group with sales of EUR 600m and over 5’000 employees and also worked internationally for the Danish Coloplast Group and the 3M Group.
In 2016 he graduated as Certified Director (INSEAD, Fontainebleau), in addition to his studies at INSEAD (Fontainebleau/Singapore), IMD (Lausanne) and Duke University (North Carolina).
Marinus Schmitt is Partner at Ufenau Capital Partners. He has more than 17 years of professional experience in private equity and 2 years in corporate finance. Marinus has been with Ufenau since its inception and is responsible for managing portfolio companies as well as fundraising.
Prior to Ufenau Capital Partners, Marinus worked at Quarton International in Zurich – a global M&A & corporate finance house. The focus was on corporate transactions in the mid-market sector in the D/A/CH region.
Marinus holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Zurich.
From 2006 until 2009 Dieter Scheiff was CEO of Adecco, the largest global staffing company with sales of above EUR 20bn.
Prior to Adecco, Dieter was CEO of publicly listed German staffing company DIS AG. DIS AG represented a market leading staffing company which he developed via add-on acquisitions until DIS was acquired by Adecco in 2006. Until 2001, Dieter was VP of the European business of the pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson Cordis and was leading the German operations as CEO. His career began in 1979 at the US corporation 3M, where he held various management positions gaining insights and experience in different areas.
Dieter has a degree in Business Administration from University of Aachen.
Ralf Flore is the Managing Partner of Ufenau Capital Partners. Before founding Ufenau, he led a publicly listed investment company with offices in Frankfurt and Zurich for several years.
Prior to that, he held senior positions at various international private equity firms, where he was responsible for growth and buy-out transactions in the German-speaking region. He began his career in the private equity division of UBS Warburg Dillon Read in Zurich.
Ralf Flore has more than 30 years of experience in private equity and corporate management.
He studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Constance (HTWG Konstanz) and began his professional career with commercial training in the mid-sized business sector.
